LOST COUNT!
Welcome to my weekly bog. For those that know me will know I have a cut off point when it comes to my weight............and I have reached it. Most people believe I am immune to weight gain being surrounded by my choice of Skinny Pills!
However the very reason I set up this company is because of my poor relationship with food. During Christmas and during my (40th eeek) birthday period I decided to give myself a break from Skinny Pills and just relax and eat cake!! And why not??
However I have now found myself tipping the scales seeing a number I dislike and my clothes are snug - very snug. In a bid to shed some weight I thought it was a perfect time to re focus as we await the arrival of our BRAND NEW Skinny Pill. Watch this space.
More classy less trashy
Now is have turned 40 I have decided to give my wardrobe an overhaul.
My issue is that I am a magpie, if it is sparkly and glitters, I just have to
have it. Subsequently my wardrobe is full to the rafters of hardly worn/unworn
sky scraper heels and spangly disco frocks!! This year I shall be following the
less is more rule and investing in some classic pieces, that in theory I should
wear more.

My Mum and Dad gave me some money for my birthday so i’m going to treat myself!
I don’t know about you but I am desperate for Summer to arrive. I
have snowdrops in my garden and the nights are getting lighter but it still
seems so cold out there. I suffer from SAD (seasonal aversion disorder) but
have been OK this winter as I’m remembering to take my LotusBright.
This weeks food focus!
This week food wise I will be focusing on getting more vegetables
into my diet. Unless I make a conscious decision to have vegetables I often
make wrong food choices. I shall be cooking up some scrummy soups including
this one. If I always have a big pan of soup on the cooker then I find whenever
I am hungry I reach for this rather than the crisp cupboard.
Banksy is one of my favourite artists. I find his latest pieces in Gaza particularly moving. This
picture showing a figure holding his head in his hands in apparent despair is
particularly sad. I think anything that highlights the horror and despair that
the people - particularly the children - are going through in this area of the
world is only a positive thing.
If nothing else it reminds us how unbelievably lucky we are and that gaining a few pounds here and there is completely insignificant to what is going on elsewhere. My thoughts and prayers are with these people.

This week I will be keeping a food diary to keep me on track.
I personally love the My Fitness Pal App. Click here to read more....
