This week in numbers -

Nights out - Zero

Easter Eggs bought - 12 (for the kids promise!)

Smiles on peoples faces from weight loss - Lost count

Hi everyone,

This week my blog is short and simple for 2 reasons :

Simple - because I have only one thing I'd like to talk about this week - our amazing new skinny pills.
Short -  because we are so busy in the office fulfilling orders that I don't actually have too much time to write much this week!

 LotusLite

So this week saw the arrival of our newly formulated LotusLite skinny Pills.
I have a group of 100 people trialling them for me and I can safely say that early feedback has been FANTASTIC!

At having been at the mercy of the diet and supplement industry all my life, all I wanted to do is create a company which produces fantastic weight loss/lifestyle aids to help people become themselves again and be fair to my clients by offering money back guarantee if they are not satisfied.

I just want to share with you some of the GENUINE feedback we have been getting. This feedback makes my job so worth while......

If you do want to give our NEW formula LotusLite a try then you can order from Amazon Prime or from our website - if you use discount code LLNEW15 on our website you will receive 10% off! Don't forget, as before, we offer a money back guarantee if you are not happy with the product (which we are certain you will not need to use!)

Whatever you do this month do it with Love.

High Maintenance

I don’t know if any of you have heard of the vampire facelift (PRP Therapy) but myself and a couple of friends decided to take the plunge.

Made popular by Kim Kardashian, the technique involves collecting a sample of your own blood from your arm and separating its components through a centrifugation process in order produce a 'Platelet Rich Plasma' which is then injected into your face!!!

Expected benefits are an increase of skin elasticity with smoothing of fine wrinkles amongst others. Its a sort of a natural alternative to botox and fillers.

My face did puff up a bit afterwards as you can see from the pic but it soon calmed down plus I trust Dr.Vlock Lipoplastyinternational.com implicitly which is a big help.

Perhaps I'm having a midlife crisis I dunno but I’m actually really pleased with the results so far although it take a couple of months or so to see the real benefits so watch this space.

On it!

Im back at the gym - yeh!!!
Im having a personal training session each week with a friend of mine Jo.
We have become quite close over recent months - Jo knows everything about me and I mean EVERYTHING. I guess its the nature of the beast in that line of business.
What I love about Jo is that she pushes me but we always have a laugh at the same time - usually about my inconstancy or some crazy ass whale like move I'm doing but she really makes working out fun.

See you tonight Jo! Jobyjo Fitness

Our new Skinny Pills have literally just landed into HQ and we are buzzing (quite literally).

We are so happy with this formula and know it is the best to date.

Formulated by one of the most experienced teams in the supplement industry we feel we are in very safe hands.

I have 100 friends trialling the product for us.

I created this product for people like me. Those that can fluctuate in weight so easily, perhaps emotional eaters who and may just need a helping hand to get back on track.

What I hope these Skinny Pills are gonna do is stop the snacking between meals and give you the energy to motivate you into moving more.

Eating 3 balanced meals a day and a couple of healthy snacks is what we are aiming for and exercising 3 times a week. Sometimes with our stressful lives it’s easier said than done. This new formulation is #willpowerinapill

It’s my best friend and colleagues birthday next week. She is going away for her birthday so we are celebrating by having a curry round at a friends house on Saturday.

We where just saying it will be nice to kick back and chill for a change after all the celebrations of late.

We have pre ordered the food and I have made the best food choice a curry house has to offer.

I always have poppadoms for starters and some lower cal dips like cucumber raita and for main ill have a dry chicken tandoori or a chicken jalfrezi which is also not too bad and ill either ask for a blain boiled rice or have a bit of vegetable biryani.

Although I love naan bread I avoid it when I can and sometimes ask for my dish to be cooked ghee-free which basically means they don’t use butter to cook it with. No one has ever refused and it taste just as delicious.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to wish Jess our operations director a very very happy birthday. We all love you lots and lots.

Follow our founder Sally's weight loss journey....Week 2

Pounds lost 1
Gym sessions done Zero
Meals out 2

Hi everyone,

I've lost a pound this week which I'm totally OK with. I've lost count the amount of people I have had a conversation with about how disappointed they are with a 1 pound weight loss. On average our clients tend to loose 2 pounds a week but EVERYONE is different. I am a FIRM believer of slowly off will keep it off.

I can EASILY loose 7 pounds in a week by following some crazy diet but it is never sustainable and it is mostly water that is lost anyway.
I've found it hard to get motivated this week with exercise. We are waiting for our Amazing new formulated skinny pills to arrive later this week -available to pre order now. I just know these will give me that extra energy push I need to get back on it. I have young children and work full time and it is hard to find the energy, I don't care what people say!

I've stocked my cupboards with some of the Eat Water range. They do a range of organic, gluten-free, super-low carb pasta, noodles and rice, all made of GMO free organic Konjac (glucomannan) flour and superior organic oat fibre (Juroat™).

Interestingly enough glucomanan is one of the ingredients featured in a brand new product we have coming out in the summer.  But the best thing about them is that you get an amazing 100g portion for just 7 calories!!! The jury is out until I try them but to be honest pop a lovely fresh low fat chilli on top of the rice and you probably can’t go wrong. An Amazing way to help support your weight loss. Watch this space, I’ll let you know how I get on for next week.

Here is my favourite chilli recipe. Simple and flavoursome.

Ingredients

         Low calorie cooking spray
         1 large onion, finely chopped
         3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
500g lean beef mince (5% fat or less)
         2 tsps ground cumin
         1 tsp ground coriander
1-2 tsp cayenne pepper or paprika
1 red pepper and 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and roughly chopped
         400g can chopped tomatoes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
400g tin of red kidney beans in chilli sauce
         400g can mixed beans, drained
         350g dried long-grain rice

Method
1.       Place a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the spices and mince and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes.
2.       Add the tomatoes and peppers and bring to the boil over a high heat. Season to taste, cover lightly and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes.
3.       Add the beans, stir well and cook for a further 10 minutes. Meanwhile cook the rice according to the packet instructions, drain and keep warm.
4.       Divide the chilli and rice between bowls and serve with a chunky salad, if you like. Eat and enjoy!

I met up with my antenatal friends on Friday night. We have been promising ourselves a night out for 6 years ever since our first children were born.
We had such a laugh. I know some mothers have a purely 'friends because of their children' relationship but I can honestly say these girls are amongst the nicest you will meet and we have a unique bond.
We have agreed to have a night out every three months from now on - I really fancy a night at The Premier Darts but that went down like cod liver oil!!!

Jess our operations director has treated herself to a monthly birch box I just love love this concept.
It’s a beauty subscription service where you receive five personalised beauty samples every month, you never know what your getting, so each month it’s a surprise. We love the way there is an online magazine which gives you tips and tutorials on encompassing beauty and how if you love a sample you can buy the full sized version in their online shop. I may just have to treat myself.

Chic simplicity

I treated myself to this gorgeous new Reiss jumpsuit for a night out I'm having this weekend. It follows on from my less trashy more classy train of thought. I am going to offset its simplicity with some gold strappy sandals, belt and clutch bag. I'm looking forward to the night, there are 30 of us heading into the city to a VIP launch night for a new night called Shimmer at my favourite bar and restaurant The Riverbank.
Woo Hoo!

I hope everyone has a great Mother’s Day - sadly I'm not visiting my Mum but I am having a Sunday roast with my boys at our local icecream parlour. They do a fab selection of ice creams but I always opt for their sorbet as it has zero fat!

Week 1....

LOST COUNT!

Welcome to my weekly bog. For those that know me will know I have a cut off point when it comes to my weight............and I have reached it. Most people believe I am immune to weight gain being surrounded by my choice of Skinny Pills!

However the very reason I set up this company is because of my poor relationship with food. During Christmas and during my (40th eeek) birthday period I decided to give myself a break from Skinny Pills and just relax and eat cake!! And why not??

However I have now found myself tipping the scales seeing a number I dislike and my clothes are snug - very snug. In a bid to shed some weight I thought it was a perfect time to re focus as we await the arrival of our BRAND NEW Skinny Pill. Watch this space.

More classy less trashy

Now is have turned 40 I have decided to give my wardrobe an overhaul. My issue is that I am a magpie, if it is sparkly and glitters, I just have to have it. Subsequently my wardrobe is full to the rafters of hardly worn/unworn sky scraper heels and spangly disco frocks!! This year I shall be following the less is more rule and investing in some classic pieces, that in theory I should wear more.

I’ve currently got my (less magpie more sparrow) eye on theses two pieces from Riess which is my fave shop right now. This gorgeous relaxed trench coat which will be perfect for work and the school run when the weather turns warmer, and this beautiful tan leather biker jacket, which can be worn to dress down a LBD or perfect teamed with black cigarette pants and killer heels on colder summer nights

My Mum and Dad gave me some money for my birthday so i’m going to treat myself!

I don’t know about you but I am desperate for Summer to arrive. I have snowdrops in my garden and the nights are getting lighter but it still seems so cold out there. I suffer from SAD (seasonal aversion disorder) but have been OK this winter as I’m remembering to take my LotusBright.

This weeks food focus!

This week food wise I will be focusing on getting more vegetables into my diet. Unless I make a conscious decision to have vegetables I often make wrong food choices. I shall be cooking up some scrummy soups including this one. If I always have a big pan of soup on the cooker then I find whenever I am hungry I reach for this rather than the crisp cupboard.

Banksy is one of my favourite artists. I find his latest pieces in Gaza particularly moving. This picture showing a figure holding his head in his hands in apparent despair is particularly sad. I think anything that highlights the horror and despair that the people - particularly the children - are going through in this area of the world is only a positive thing.

If nothing else it reminds us how unbelievably lucky we are and that gaining a few pounds here and there is completely insignificant to what is going on elsewhere. My thoughts and prayers are with these people.

This week I will be keeping a food diary to keep me on track. I personally love the My Fitness Pal App. Click here to read more....
